Langford Country Estate - Hillcrest

A secure residential country estate, is being developed on the Farm Langefontein, adjacent to Hillcrest, in KwaZulu-Natal. It consists of 193 residential erven in a securitized, "intelligent" estate. The general design and character is Georgian country with large verandahs.

Status: Only two single residential erven remain unsold. Belgravia, within Langford Country Estate, is currently being marketed.
