This unique and innovative retirement village development is situated on the corner of the William Moffat Expressway and Circular Drive in Lorraine, Port Elizabeth. The concept involves the development and sale via Life Right of 54 units of varying sizes on land owned by the MTR Smit Children’s Haven. Selling price: R820 000.
